Terms and Conditions for reference to Video KYC Campaign.

Get amazon vouchers worth ₹250 for referring 5 successful customers for savings bank account.

Successful referral means regular savings account being opened through Video KYC on-boarding and maintaining a balance of ₹ 2500 during the campaign period.

Rules of the program

• This campaign is a limited period offer valid for first 500 customers only and only existing customer of Jana Small Finance Bank ltd can participate in this campaign.
• One successful referral customer will be eligible for ₹ 50 amazon voucher and maximum eligible for 5 referrals i.e upto ₹ 250/- amazon voucher.
• The amazon voucher will be paid basis the conversion i.e. Regular savings account opened through video KYC on-boarding and maintaining a balance of ₹ 2500 during the campaign period.
• Campaign starts on 20th July, 2020 and ends on 5th August, 2020 with both days inclusive subject to above clause 1.
• Customers will be communicated about the campaign through SMS, E-Mail and/or Call.
• Jana Small Finance Bank Ltd. reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend or discontinue the campaign and/or these terms and conditions or any part thereof at any time without prior notification and Jana Small Finance Bank Ltd. is not responsible for any third party products, goods, services and offers.
• Select and limited number of Amazon Pay Gift Card (e-card) are available for the campaign.
• In case the referral is common between two customers then the customer who has referred the lead first will be considered for the reward of Amazon Pay Gift Card(e-card)/voucher.
• This Campaign is voluntary and by participating in the campaign customer agrees and accepts the Terms and Conditions of the campaign.
• Staff and/or relatives of employees of Jana Small Finance Bank Ltd are not eligible to be part of any contest or promotional campaigns run by Jana Small Finance Bank Ltd.
• The Amazon Pay Gift Card (e-card) will be e-mailed to the customers on their registered E-mail ID within 45 Days of result announcement. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct email id is updated with the bank
• All issues pertaining to this campaign are to be raised within 60 days of result declaration. If any dispute or complaint or query raised after 60 days then the same will not be entertained
• Every customer who refers a customer will get the Amazon Pay Gift Card(e-card) worth ₹ 50/- on every successful conversion and eligible for voucher upto maximum 5 (five) referrals .
• In case customer wish to give more than 5 referrals kindly contact the nearest Jana Small Finance Bank Ltd. Branch.
• All disputes and issues related to this campaign are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
